From the order page, send the trip details to the partner broker and receive a cargo or CMR insurance quote directly from them. This is separate from GoAssurance.

Open the order.
În Cont → Comenzi deschideți cursa. Cât comanda e Rezervată sau Confirmată, apare caseta Asigură marfa acestei curse.

Choose the coverage
Deschideți caseta și alegeți Marfa (cargo, tot riscul) (de obicei expeditorul) sau Răspunderea transportatorului (CMR) (de obicei transportatorul).

Describe the cargo
Completați ce marfă este (ex. electronice paletizate), valoarea mărfii și moneda (EUR, RON sau USD) și, opțional, detalii: ambalare, valoare pe palet, cerințe speciale.

Submit the request
Apăsați Cer ofertă de asigurare. Brokerul partener vă contactează direct cu oferta, de regulă în aceeași zi lucrătoare.
Frequently asked questions
Does GoCargo sell insurance?
Nu. GoCargo trimite doar datele cursei (marfa, valoarea, ruta, datele, firma) brokerului partener; contractul îl încheiați direct cu el.
Is it the same as GoAssurance?
Nu. GoAssurance garantează doar plata transportului, din banii plătiți sau depuși de expeditor; nu acoperă marfa. Pentru marfă contează polița CMR a transportatorului sau o asigurare cargo.
